Personnel selection, interview
From our original profile data accumulated from the training era, we will select and match the most suitable person with an eye on retention and activity .
Our staff will also be present to have an online interview with local candidates directly.
Step3 ▶
Unofficial offer, contract
Once you have made an offer, you will be asked to conclude a temporary staffing contract with us and an employment contract with you.
It is also possible to make a support contract as a registration support organization, such as complicated application procedures to start preparing for entry.

Ritakea teaches nursing knowledge and skills in Indonesian. Guidance is also based on "long-term care unique to Japan," which will become a force immediately after arriving in Japan.
